Legal
Privacy Policy.
We only ask for the details we need to answer you, and we keep them to ourselves. This page says exactly what that means.
In Short
What We Collect and What We Do With It.
POWER General Trading & Contracting Co., Al Sharqiya Tower, Sharq, Kuwait, is responsible for the personal details collected through powerengg.com.
- 01
What We Collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, company, email, phone number and your message. Job applicants also send the CV and details they choose to attach. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and page requests, for security.
- 02
Why We Use It
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, consider your job application, and keep the records a contract or Kuwaiti law requires. Nothing more.
- 03
Who Sees It
Our own staff, and — where a quotation needs it — the manufacturer whose equipment you asked about. We never sell or rent your details. We disclose them otherwise only where the law or a court requires it.
- 04
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries and quotations for as long as the commercial relationship and our record-keeping duties need. Job applications for up to two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- 05
Your Choices
Write to us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer every request.
Cookies & Third Parties
No Tracking, No Advertising.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not profile visitors.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives the request and your IP address.
- The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps and behaves the same way.
- Your browser may cache pages, images and videos locally; nothing is stored by us on your device.
Security
Enquiries reach our own mailboxes over encrypted connections, and access is limited to the staff who handle them. No system is perfect, so we ask that you do not send confidential commercial or personal documents through the website forms.
